Lead Analytics Engineer, Growth (276218) Full Time

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to support analytics initiatives and enhance business intelligence capabilities;
2. Analyze data to identify trends, uncover product improvement ideas, provide actionable recommendations, and support business leaders in making strategic decisions;
3. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth;
4. Implement best practices in data quality and governance to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance;
5. Define analytics needs and execute data solutions that drive business growth in partnership with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams;
6. Guide and mentor junior members of the data team, helping them develop technical and analytical skills and supporting their professional development.

May telecommute from any US location.
All requirements: A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology- Organizational, or a related discipline plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in an analytics-, data engineering-, or data scientist-related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology- Organizational, or a related discipline followed by 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in an analytics-, data engineering-, or data scientist-related occupation.

Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently:

1) 2 years of experience guiding cross-functional projects, aligning diverse teams on data-driven initiatives to achieve shared goals;
2) 2 years of progressive experience delivering insights that impact business outcomes;
3) 2 years of experience working with BI tools, including Tableau or Looker;
4) 2 years of experience using SQL and Python for data analytics, modeling, transformation, and pipeline optimization;
5) 2 years of experience delivering insights that inform marketing, product, or growth strategies in technology-driven environments;
6) 2 years of experience with data modeling, governance, and security best practices;
7) 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP, and modern ETL tools, including DBT.
