Accounting Manager Full Time
Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an Accounting Manager with a large scale marine services organization. This role will lead the accounting function and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and company policies. This role oversees the G/L accounting team, manages the monthly close process, prepares financial statements and reports, and maintains strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a process-oriented mindset, solid technical accounting expertise, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and efficiencyespecially as the company transitions to NetSuite in 2026. The office is located in Seattle and they are working in a hybrid model. This is an excellent opportunity for carer growth to the Controller level.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience
- Strong leadership skills
Salary 113-170k
