The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide executive level financial leadership that supports the achievement of business goals for a FQHC and Behavior Health Center located in Chicago. The CFO will direct and oversee all financial activities of the organization, direct the preparation of all financial reporting, develop and implement policies and strategies to ensure organizational financial sustainability, and create forecasts predicting future growth. The CFO will lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of all processes related to the following functions: accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, billing, performance measures, decision support and related matters.
