Vice President – Finance & Accounting for our energy services based in Austin, Texas. This is an in-office role with domestic travel as necessary.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting and finance experience including in a managerial role
- CPA Preferred
- Investment Banking experience a plus
- PE and Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a high growth public and/or private company
