Tax Manager Full Time
We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our client’s team in Albuquerque, NM.
Job Description:
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, as well as optimizing our tax strategies to maximize financial efficiency. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of tax expertise, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to minimize tax liability while ensuring ethical and legal tax practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective tax strategies to minimize the company’s tax liability.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
- Provide expert guidance to the finance team and other departments on tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial decisions and tax planning.
