Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Core HR) to support a large-scale HCM transformation initiative. The role involves designing and guiding the architecture of a modern HCM ecosystem, integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with a hybrid data platform leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, cloud, security, and development to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This is a strategic role focused on defining integration patterns, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect enterprise-grade Oracle HCM and data integration solutions
Lead integration strategy using OIC and Azure-based platforms
Advice on Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and best practices
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cloud standards
Produce architecture documentation and participate in design reviews
Guide development teams on modern integration patterns and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues
