Senior Public Entity Underwriting Manager – FL Full Time
Public Entity Underwriting Director
Major insurance company is expanding and looking for a Public Entity Production oriented Underwriting Director with 5 – 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have large account experience in General Liability and Automobile Lines of business for the Public Sector. Experience in Worker’s Compensation would be a major plus, but not required. Travel would be approximately 10 – 15%. This is a REMOTE position located in Florida. Will relocate.
The candidate will be responsible for Underwriting- analysis of accounts, determination of terms and conditions on individual risks and self-insured groups, providing guidance in the negotiation process involving multiple parties such as the Broker, Risk Manager and Business Development Representative. Understanding the Public Entity market place and associated exposures is critical to this role. Benefits are extremely generous. Call for immediate consideration.
