Deep Centered Mental Health is a clinician-led outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high-quality care. We emphasize an integrative approachcombining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and advanced interventional treatmentsto help psychiatrists deliver more meaningful, lasting outcomes. Our model is intentionally designed to reduce administrative burden, allow for longer patient visits, and foster true collaboration across disciplines.
Psychiatrists in our group benefit from seamless access to a large, in-house therapy network and the ability to incorporate innovative treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS) and Spravato into their practice, creating a uniquely collaborative and well-supported clinical environment.
Position Highlights

Ability to treat adults and/or children & adolescents if fellowship trained

Your Role:
Evaluate and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Collaborate Effectively: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board-certified in Psychiatry
Licensed in Texas upon start with an active DEA license (unencumbered)
Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management
TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) experience preferred or willingness to learn ( full training and certification is provided)
Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach
