Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + full benefits

What Youll Do:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each clients specific needs.
• Perform thorough evaluations to gain insight into each clients emotional and behavioral health.
• Create and adjust treatment plans that address psychiatric diagnoses, personal struggles, and overall wellness.
• Offer a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help clients see a brighter future.
• Record progress, insights, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide valuable insights to management on client care strategies and organizational health.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the California state.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
