Health & Wellness Director (RN) Wonderful Senior Care community in North Seattle

We are currently accepting applications for a Health & Wellness Director for a luxury Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living community located just North of Seattle. The Health & Wellness Director needs to possess the leadership ability to manage and lead the Clinical team, while ensuring the best possible care and services for the residents. Key responsibilities include teaching, mentoring and developing the care team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal regulations, and ensuring that the residents are provided with the best possible care and service. Must have a demonstrated history of good survey results, good tenure, a hospitality mindset, as well as a customer service focused approach to care. Must be a RN in the State of WA and have previous experience in a geriatric setting such as Assisted Living, Memory Care or Long Term Care. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Full-Time
