Lead Data Analyst (276221) Full Time

Duties include:
1. Develop and maintain data models, reports and dashboards to track content engagement and user behavior using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight and PowerBI.
2. Build and schedule efficient data transformation pipelines in Alteryx workflows.
3. Query large datasets in cloud environments Snowflake, AWS Athena and Google BigQuery using SQL.
4. Develop and refine success metrics for new products and features by conducting experiments and refining strategies to enhance customer experience.
5. Identify scope for predictive analytics and build classification models to derive customer and engagement insights using python.
6. Adapt generative AI in stakeholder data solutions.
7. Identify and design process improvements in existing workflows.
8. Present data and dashboards to senior leaders on a regular basis.
9. Conduct investigations into suspected data discrepancies.
10. Act as a liaison between internal team and external vendors.
May telecommute from commuting distance to Frisco, Texas per company hybrid policy.
3 years of experience in a data analysis related occupation in the media industry, and
1. 3 years of experience owning and conducting business analyses to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
2. 3 years of experience building multifaceted reports to support executive leadership decision making.
3. 3 years of experience working with operations cost optimization strategies.
4. 3 years of experience developing and measuring tests to enhance product experience.
5. 3 years of experience in data merging and transformation from different sources.
6. 3 years of experience in statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
7. 3 years of experience querying data warehouses.
8. 3 years of experience training stakeholders on dashboard usage.
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Business Analytics or related field
