Specialized experience is described as: Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining major finance and/or accounting systems software/hardware; analyzing functional and technical requirements of IT systems to determine avenues of development or modification; using advanced programming techniques and high level computer languages Java, Javascript and (Standard Query Language) SQL, to analyze system specifications, prepare documentation, test systems, modify systems, diagnose and correct errors; identifying program interrelationships to understand design and programming impacts” AND IT-related experience demonstrating Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving as described in the vacancy announcement Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment.
