Industrial Production Plant Manager (503265) Full Time

Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
Monitor the production floor, ensuring that operations adhere to established procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Train and oversee routine operations and maintenance of Mimaki JFX200-2513 model high volume production UV Flatbed printer.
Train and oversee routine operations and maintenance of ESKO Kongsberg X model high volume production CNC Cutting Machine.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all machineries.
Hands on operating knowledge of Esko Kongsberg X digital cutting table/ machine -milling tool operations of design, layout, and automation.
Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Review production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
Supervise 7 employees: (1) Mechanical Engineer, (1) CAD Engineer, (2) Machine Operators and (3) Technicians.
36 months of experience in the job offered, or a closely related occupation. Out of 36 months of experience, 24 months of experience to include:
Experience with specialized printing and cutting machinery, such as the Mimaki JFX-2513 flatbed UV Industrial Printer and ESKO Kongsberg X digital cutting table/machine for design, layout and automation.
Experience in diverse manufacturing setting and facilities, including Sheet Metal Press Shop, Fabrication Unit, Tool Room, Robot welding Assembly unit.
Experience with the operation and maintenance of Air Compressors, Tooling, TIG and MIG welding, knowledge to read CAD drawings.
Associate of Science Degree (General) or foreign equivalent
