Head of IT Operations (not engineering)
Senior leadership role responsible for 24×7 availability, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across all IT systems and services.

- Hybrid schedule
- Comp: 500k – 700k
Drive infrastructure strategy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee governance processesfocusing on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and alignment with business and regulatory priorities.
Experience managing infrastructure from a service delivery, risk, and compliance perspectivepreferably within financial services, investment management, or similarly regulated industries is needed.
Required Experience
- Proven leadership in technical operations and team management
- Investment management or broader financial services
- Managing critical, firm-impacting incidents
- Exceptional communication skills for high-pressure problem resolution
- Strong background in cloud operations and vendor management
- Broad IT operations experience across infrastructure, support, and governance
- Executive presence with a boardroom-ready mindset
- Commitment to service excellence and stakeholder engagement
- MBA or other relevant discipline is ideal
