Job Description

Development and Integration:
Design and develop solutions within the Nautilus ECM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and workflows.
Customization:
Tailor Nautilus modules to align with specific business requirements, enhancing functionalities such as document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.
System Maintenance:
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates or patches to maintain optimal system functionality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure the ECM system supports organizational objectives.
Training and Support:
Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing technical support to ensure efficient use of the system.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient document management solutions.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels and provide clear documentation.
Required Experience and Skills:

7+ years of experience in Windows PowerShell.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including SQL and PowerShell, to develop and automate system processes.
Knowledge of Windows Server Administration to manage and maintain the ECM infrastructure effectively.
Experience with related technologies such as Hyland OnBase is advantageous.
