Vice President, Yachts & Villas (760038) Full Time

Five (5) years of post-degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must have included Working in the travel industry specifically across private yacht charters, luxury villa markets, private jets, ultraluxury land travel experiences with UHNWI clientele; Working with MYBA*, AYCA and CYBA associations, IYBA and YACHTFOLIO subscription database, executing legal charter contracts, managing escrow sheets and international wire transfers; Luxury villas rental industry and real-estate procurement across a global portfolio including negotiations, contracting and partner onboarding for product diversification to complete a product portfolio including yacht charter, private villas and unique land experiences; Private jet contracting and executive financial transactions using Avinode software; Creating a business plan for a luxury travel brand, yacht brokerage and villa rental company including product development in yachting, villas, private jets and luxury travel; Forming and hiring a specialized team across the stated industries, marketing & business development via website and brand identity creation, key industry global partnerships and travel agents across US and Europe; Management experience leading cross-functional international team across US and Europe including sales, marketing, partner procurement & negotiation management in luxury travel sector and across product lines including yachts, villa, private jets and ultraluxe land trips; Management experience in the yacht & villa industry with focus on growth in sales, profits and team size as well streamlining of operations for a seamless business.
Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign educational equivalent in International Studies, Business Administration or a closely related field
