SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY Full Time

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13/14) grade level or pay band (NM-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Planning work and preparing performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, along with setting and adjusting short-term priorities and preparing schedules for completion of work; (2) Giving advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters as well as interviewing candidates for positions within the unit and hearing and resolving complaints from employees; (3) Ensuring sound fiscal management by observing and applying position management and classification principles to help analyze, monitor, and reduce costs; (4) Acting as a project or program manager for major system developments or business initiatives that have the highest significance to the agency’s needs; and (5) Supervising personnel and directing the planning of resources to accomplish major blocks of engineering, technical, or business endeavors that involve key portions of industrial resources and long-range commitments of agency dollar allocations.
