What Youll Do
Serve as a go-to legal expert on complex title insurance matters
Evaluate risk and deliver clear, practical underwriting guidance
Approve and authorize title insurance commitments and policies
Partner with internal teams and agents to drive successful closings
Help develop and refine underwriting standards and best practices
Share your expertise through training and thought leadership
What You Bring
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Connecticut Bar admission
5+ years of title underwriting or commercial real estate law experience
Strong command of real estate transactions, title, and regulatory frameworks
Exceptional communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex deals
Proven ability to manage multiple high-level transactions simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000 $215,000+
