Relocation Assistance: Move to Florida with full support
As a Superintendent, youll be on the front lines of project executionresponsible for site coordination, schedule adherence, safety enforcement, and quality assurance.
Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Manage schedules, inspections, materials, and logistics
Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized job sites
Conduct and document progress meetings
Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets, cost controls, and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWPPP, and company protocols
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, especially Big Box Retail or Grocery
Walmart project experience is a major plus
Comfortable with scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management
OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
SWPPP Certification (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and FieldWire familiarity a bonus
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
