Senior Manager – Managed Services (711236) Full Time

Five (5) years of (post-degree, progressive) experience in the job offered or related. Experience must have included Preparing and uploading journal entries, revaluating and translating foreign currency, and consolidating dozens of entities in Oracle EBS; Managing engagement budget for audit fees; Documenting, validating, testing, and assessing Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) environments in compliance with PCAOB standards; Performing internal controls over financial reporting in day-to-day activities to include approving journal entries, reviewing and approving reconciliations and seeking approval for opening/closing accounting periods in ERP system; Uploading data, consolidating entities, and managing reports and cash flow module in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); Completing audit fluxes for public companies; Conducting walkthroughs and controls testing with audit engagement at public companies; Reviewing SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reports for accelerated filers as it relates to SEC compliance, public reporting, and financial statement disclosure rules; Project management of engagements in multiple industries including specifically public retirement systems, private equity funds, mutual fund advisors, technology companies and manufacturing companies; Oversee audit team; and Preparing audited financial statements including note disclosures.
Requires a Bachelors (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
