Under minimal supervision, the Receptionist provides dependable and high-quality administrative support to a very large engineering firm in Albuquerque.
Job Responsibilities for the Receptionist:
Greet walk-in clients / tenants
Answering phone calls promptly
Scheduling and setting up meetings for conference rooms and ordering catering when needed
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and/or deliveries
Assist other managers and staff with filing, data entry and other tasks as needed
Keeping conference and break room clean and orderly
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
Should have strong computer skills or a strong desire to learn the software utilized in the office Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
Must be customer service driven, and have excellent telephone etiquette, as well as verbal and written communication.
Maintains a professional appearance, even with casual dress.
Has a strong attention to detail and is well organized.
Is a team player with a can-do attitude
Is punctual and dependable
The schedule is Monday- Thursday; 8 am to 5 pm. / Friday 8am – 1pm.
Compensation for the Receptionist:
$19 hourly
