Candidate Profile

  Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.

  Demonstrated experience handling debt and/or equity real estate transactions(link removed)>

    On the debt side, candidates should have experience with mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions(link removed)>

Key Responsibilities

  Represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and joint ventures in a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions(link removed)>

  Manage transaction components from term sheet through closing, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and execution of deal documentation.

  Advise clients on legal and business risks and deliver clear, actionable solutions tailored to client objectives.

  Collaborate closely with attorneys across related practice groups and mentor junior associates as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary is expected to range from $310,000 $420,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
