A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking talented junior/mid/senior-level Associate Attorneys to join its prestigious Leveraged Finance Practice Group in New York(link removed) This is an exceptional opportunity to advise clients on complex financing transactions while collaborating with a nationally recognized team.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record(link removed)>
  
• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.




• 28 years of substantive experience in leveraged finance, preferably leveraged loans and acquisition financings(link removed)>
  
  
  • Associates with related finance experience will also be considered.

  
  

  
  




• Experience representing financial institutions and private equity sponsors in complex financing transactions.




• Demonstrated excellence in drafting, negotiation, and deal management(link removed)>
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; sound business judgment; attention to detail; and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly Competitive Salary: $235,000 $435,000,determined by experience and class year.
