Licensed Barber – Durango Location Full Time

Iced Out Barbershop is hiring a licensed barber for our Durango location in Las Vegas. We are looking for someone who takes the craft seriously, shows up prepared, keeps a clean station, respects clients and the team, and delivers the Iced Out standard every time.

What you’ll do:
– Provide clean, professional barber services for walk-ins and booked clients
– Perform fades, tapers, lineups, beard work, scissor cuts, and detailed finishing
– Maintain a clean station, sanitized tools, and a professional presentation
– Communicate clearly with clients and help create a welcoming shop experience

What we’re looking for:
– Valid Nevada barber license or approved Nevada barber apprentice licensing path
– Strong customer service and clean shop habits
– Reliable schedule, good communication, and pride in your work
– Respect for clients, other barbers, stations, shop rules, and the shop environment

Opportunity details:
– Full-time contractor / booth rental opportunity
– Booth rent: $300 per week
– Estimated earning potential: $35-$60 per hour depending on experience, availability, clientele, and final agreement
