IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT/NETWORK) Full Time

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and interpreting policies, procedures, and strategic governing the planning and delivery of services throughout the command; 2) Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialist on critical IT issues; 3) Applying new development to previously unsolvable problems; and 4) Making decisions or recommendations that influence agency IT policies or programs. Your experience must reflect skills in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
