A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group(link removed) This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge clients and technologies across complex patent litigation matters, including PTAB/IPR proceedings, district court litigation, and ITC investigations.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record(link removed)>
  
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.




• 25 years of substantive experience in patent litigation, including experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), in U.S. District Courts, and/or in Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission (ITC).




• Undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related technical field(link removed)>
  
• Familiarity with source code and technical aspects of patent enforcement is strongly preferred(link removed)>
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage key aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, expert work, and trial preparation(link removed)>
  
• Soft Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  Represent clients in high-stakes patent disputes involving cutting-edge technologies.

  Support all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, claim construction, trial, and appeal.

  Participate in proceedings before the U.S. District Courts, the PTAB, and the ITC(link removed)>

  Analyze and evaluate complex technical issues with experts and internal teams.

  
  




• 
  

  Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Includes an expected salary range of $235,000 $365,000, commensurate with experience, bonus eligibility, and profit-sharing(link removed)>Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; FSA/HSA plans; 401(k) retirement plan; PTO; paid parental leave; commuter benefits; and professional development resources.
