As the Human Resources Manager, your focus will be:
Advise plant leadership on HR strategy and policy
Support a union workforce with confidence and clarity
Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and union requirements
Lead policy updates, reporting, audits, and special projects
Deliver training and help grow employee capabilities
Improve processes and strengthen plant culture.
Minimum requirements for this HR Manager:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
At least 5 years of HR experience
Union experience required
Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills
Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple priorities.
