Flexographic Press Assistant:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Press Assistant(link removed) This role involves assisting with various tasks related to press operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support press operations by assisting in setup and running
- Manage loading and unloading of print sleeves and materials
- Conduct quality inspections of press sheets
- Handle ink management and viscosity checks
- Clean and maintain press equipment
- Monitor and change solvent/waste drums
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Able to follow directions and basic math skills
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- Familiarity with standard unit tape measure
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
- Team player attitude
