ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL) Full Time

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing electrical distribution systems to determine deficiencies, document discrepancies, and provide recommendations and cost estimates to resolve performance issues; 2) Planning, developing, and implementing electrical utility functions to resolve high voltage electrical distribution system deficiencies; 3) Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications; 4) Visiting work sites to monitor construction progress, perform construction quality control inspections, and recommend construction changes as needed.
