Engineering Manager Full Time

Salary Range: $95K – $115K Permanent Position with Benefits

Akron Area Company is seeking an Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on position with active involvement in all activities within the engineering group.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years’ experience in a Technical Management role
Must have experience/knowledge overseeing all activities within an engineering group. (Electrical Engineering, Control and Automations, Design, Field Service)
Knowledge/Experience with Control Logic & HMI programming.
Must have a good Mechanical aptitude.
Must have strong leadership skills.
Experience/Knowledge with AutoCAD.
Experience/Knowledge with documentation: (Parts Lists, Schematics, Mechanical Details & Assembly Drawings, Procedures, etc.)
Must be able to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
