Candidate Profile:

  46 years of substantive litigation experience in complex commercial litigation, mass tort, product liability, and/or energy-related matters(link removed)>
  




• 
  

  Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

  Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of case strategy and execution(link removed)>
  




• 
  

  Experience handling depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and managing discovery(link removed)>

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Represent clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters across industries, including energy (renewable and conventional), tech, pharmaceuticals, and more.

  Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and develop litigation strategy.

  
  




• 
  

  Participate in all aspects of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review/production.

  Make court appearances at hearings, participate in mediations, and support trial preparation and strategy.
