Transportation Manager Full Time
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for logistics and transportation? Our client is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee our dedicated team of CDL-A drivers and ensure the efficiency of our fleet operations in Albuquerque, NM(link removed)>
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor CDL-A drivers for top performance.
- Manage our company’s fleet of automobiles.
- Optimize daily transportation operations, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Schedule and route equipment and manpower for restaurant deliveries.
- Provide support for equipment breakdowns and repairs.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee motivation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with strong DOT knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and proficiency in warehouse duties.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Successful completion of background check, DOT drug screen, and acceptable MVR record.
Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 DOE
