Education: Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study — electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled. Other Education: Communications/electronics or automatic data processing training in technical institutes or business schools above the high school level or in Armed Forces schools that included advanced instruction in addition to basic courses, may be substituted for general experience on a month-for-month basis. OR Experience: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Experience in Radio Frequency Management at Agency, National and Internation level. Experience developing International treaties, National agreements and arrangements Experience preparing of engineering data for frequency, telecommunications, and other Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) matters for participation in meetings or subcommittees, National and International working groups Conferences and Conventions.
