TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANAGER Full Time

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public: Completion of Interservice Radio Frequency Management School (IRFMS) or the Army equivalent Electromagnetic Spectrum Managers Course; Experience in complex Radio Frequency Management at an Agency, National and Internation level; Experience creating international treaties, National agreements and arrangements pertaining to frequency protection and spectrum efficiency; and Experience applying excellent oral and written capabilities.
