Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: *Experience establishing criteria for identifying and analyzing developments in telecommunications technologies and measuring organizational effectiveness; *Experience providing technology assessment, long range capability planning, and determines technical resource requirements to ensure efficient and economical operations; *Experience planning, evaluating, and ensuring the proper implementation of C4I programs; coordinating with Defense Information System Agency, U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine representatives in both in the AOR, Hawaii and CONUS; *Experience supervising, managing, and maintaining the balance between operational requirements, customer service; and technical solutions; *Experience developing and updating department future and annual budgets, including maintaining any unfunded requirements lists; *Experience prioritizing limited financial and human capital resources to achieve operational readiness in keeping with Navy’s goals of modernization of the aging Shore Base Communications Infrastructure.
