Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02). Specialized experience:1) Interpreting publication regulatory guidance in order to provide policy and procedural guidance; 2) providing publication development guidance to others; AND 3) reviewing equipment publications.
