Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02). Specialized experience:1) Interpreting publication regulatory guidance in order to provide policy and procedural guidance; 2) providing publication development guidance to others; AND 3) reviewing equipment publications. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Writing Applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements such as minimum qualifications, and other regulatory requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS- 13, step 05 base salary, or if the incumbent’s salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 05 level the incumbent’s salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
