Senior Web Developer NF4 Full Time

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field appropriate to the work of position AND three years of experience in website management, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Must have experience developing content management systems, such as WordPress, Drupal, Mura, SharePoint, etc., with a strong emphasis on customization, responsive design and web based applications. Strong knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop, and current development languages to create customized web parts using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, ColdFusion, SQL, and XML. Knowledge of digital media, mobile development, analytics, motion graphics and web protocols highly preferred. Experience that demonstrates skill to serve as the primary point of contact for content management system (CMS) requirements to include design, implementation, maintenance and/or operation of all functional information technology systems. Skill to develop and deliver technical and operational plans, briefings and training. Working knowledge of Information Technology processes and procedures, principles and practices to include hardware, software, and operating systems in support of business operations. Skill to prepare and maintain clear, accurate and complete records, reports and correspondence. Exceptional customer relations and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. This position has been designated as a position of trust. The incumbent must be eligible for an Access National Agency Check and Inquiries (ANACI/ Tier 3) background investigation to satisfy IT Level II designation. Appointment and continued employment is subject to a favorable adjudication of the security investigation. As an authorized and privileged user of Department of Defense Information Systems must possess or receive Information Assurance awareness by completing the Security+ Certification as a condition of access within six months of employment, and thereafter must complete annual Information Assurance awareness training. Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
