Specialized experience for this position includes: Demonstrated work experience having led and managed multiple (3 or more) agency-wide IT programs for the replacement and improvement of IT systems or infrastructure. Extensive experience as a senior IT project/product/program/leader for large multi-year IT infrastructure investments ($100 M+) working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
