Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional Law-firm with a national practice seeks Mid-Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join their collegial Business Litigation practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Requirements:
- JD from top tier law school, solid academic record; Moot Court or Law Review a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of commercial and business litigation experience.
- Substantial experience in state and federal courts representing clients in a variety of business and commercial matters(link removed)
- Experience ideally will include data privacy, security, and compliance, internal investigations, white collar criminal defense and/or a variety of commercial disputes, such as breaches of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriate, unfair and deceptive trade practices, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills required, and must be ready and willing to handle matters both independently and as part of a litigation team.
