ND-02: Basic education requirement for the ND-02, Professional Computer Science series: a. Bachelor’s Degree b. Bachelor’s degree or higher with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of my 30 semester hours were in a combination of statistics that included differential and integral calculus. ND-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying intermediate computer science methods and techniques to solve moderately complex computer processing requirements. ND-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: translating customer requirements and program needs to develop new and improved concepts, principles, and/or techniques that will advance the body of knowledge of computer science.
