Physical Therapy Tech (Entry-Level)
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level Tech to help our Billings Physical Therapists provide excellent patient care. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the medical field with a company that will support your personal and professional goals. In addition to an hourly wage, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Pre-PT Pathway which will teach you how to get into Physical Therapy school. If you complete the pathway and work at least 800 hours at Mountain Land, you will receive a $3,000 scholarship for PT school ($1,500 for PT Assistant school) and a $5,000 sign on bonus if you are hired back as a PT after graduation ($1,500 for PTA).

Dont know what a Physical Therapy Tech does? Dont worry about it! This position is intended for entry-level candidates with little to no experience that are willing and eager to learn. Our experienced team wants to train you to be future Physical Therapists, Doctors, Athletic Trainers, or Healthcare Administrators. You will receive on the job training by working side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists. Your day-to-day will include working with patients to assist with needs, exercises, and check-ins.

Pay Range: PT Tech positions are intended for individuals interested in gaining clinical experience and may have interest in pursuing a PT degree. You will receive an hourly rate, and will have the opportunity to receive a scholarship for PT/PTA school and sign on bonus if you are hired back at Mountain Land as a therapist.

Hours & Benefits: This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school and/or work schedule, however, Mondays and Thursdays are the biggest needs. You will also receive letters of recommendations, mock interviews from executives, and the ability to be re-hired as a PT if you pursue PT school.
