Have you ever wanted to care for the older population, but don t have the certification to do so? Look no longer, we are hiring non-certified Nursing Assistants to care for the older adults in the Assisted Living and Memory Care units.

Waverly Gardens is seeking FT, PT, & on Call Home Health Aides (HHA), Resident Assistants (RA), Non Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants. These positions include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

As a Caregiver, your contributions play an important role in caring for the needs of older adults- including their physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

This location is close to the following cities: White Bear Lake, Blaine, Mahtomedi, Shoreview, Forest Lake, Hugo, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Circle Pines, Spring Lake Park, Vadnais Heights and Dellwood.

Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA (Resident Assistant) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

Qualifications:

• To be considered for Assisted Living: Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
