We are seeking a Neuro RegisteredNurse (RN) for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patientswith high quality, efficient care. • You will assess, monitor, record,report, and follow through on symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• You will create and maintainaccurate, detailed reports and records.
• You will consult and coordinate withhealthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify theplan of care, as indicated by the patient s responses and conditions.
• You are given the opportunity todelegates nursing tasks as appropriate and safe, but you will retainaccountability for patient care
• You will provides individualizededucation for the patient, family, and or caregiver throughout the continuum ofcare.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Med-Surg Certification is optional but strongly encouraged once clinical hour requirements and experience level is met.
