SALARY: $140k – $160k plus 20% bonus

The focus is on operational business transformation and accounting processes and controls. Fundamental business operations, financial acumen, project management skills. This company manages 25 billion in assets.
Job Description:
The Manager, Business Transformation is responsible for the day-to-day execution of special projects to improve the operational efficiency of the Company. This person should be an effective project manager with a strong foundation and knowledge of accounting processes and controls, fundamental business operations and financial acumen and the technology solutions to support these key functions. This person must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages the day-to-day execution of process improvement initiatives and operational design activities and projects
Develop and implement project management processes and methodology at appropriate levels by project
Partners with various groups to manage projects and initiatives:
o Acquisitions/Dispositions
o Process/Team Design
o System Implementations
Works closely with functional leads to implement process and control improvements
Presents analysis and recommendations to senior management
Manages and executes action plans for strategic projects and initiatives
Communicates project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership
Negotiate agreement and commitment from multiple stakeholders to help drive projects from initiation to closure
Identify areas for both short-term and long-term improvement that helps support the delivery of Ventas’ long-term strategic vision
REQUIREMENTS
- 7 – 11 Years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with a business degree is preferred
- Formal Project Management training or certifications a plus
