IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) Full Time

BASIC REQUIREMENT: Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below at a proficiency level equivalent to the next lower grade level in federal service. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. AND In addition to the basic requirement, a qualified candidate’s online application and resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-12 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Example: Experience that demonstrated accomplishment of computer project assignments that required a wide range of knowledge of computer requirements and techniques pertinent to the position to be filled. This knowledge is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant analyzed a number of alternative approaches in the process of advising management concerning major aspects of ADP system design, such as what system interrelationships must be considered, or what operating mode, system software, and/or equipment configuration is most appropriate for a given project. Experience as a .NET Developer must show expert proficiency level in the C# and VB.Net language. Expert ability to transact SQL and Entity Framework knowledge for data research and database communication. Expert knowledge of ASP.net and Windows Form with MVC/MVP architecture with the latest .NET Framework, NET Core, Windows Services, and REST API. Expert knowledge in performing unit test development and regression tests and the ability to provide appropriate technical documentation.
