IT Specialist Full Time

Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
GS-11
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-9, in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience to qualify for GS-11 includes experience: Experience with the delivery of targeted marketing and branding materials, in support of strategic communications, website updates, social media and brand recognition.
Experience providing messaging introducing change management into an IT environments.
Experience translating technical information into relevant communications for stakeholders
Experience in producing and editing short videos for branding and training purposes. GS-12
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-11, in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience to qualify for GS-12 includes experience: Experience with leading efforts in the delivery of targeted marketing and branding materials, in support of strategic communications, website updates, social media and brand recognition.
Experience providing messaging introducing change management into an IT environment.
Experience translating technical information into relevant communications for stakeholders.
Experience in producing, editing short videos, and presenting for branding and training purposes.
