Offer timely and effective technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
Identify, prioritize, and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing clients’ IT concerns and inquiries professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of all help desk interactions, including details of issues and resolutions, in our ticketing system.
Assist remote users in resolving technical issues, including remote desktop support and software installations.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and installation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Provide basic training to users on IT systems and software to enhance their understanding and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel or teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with software updates, patches, and security maintenance to keep systems up to date.
Create and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to facilitate user self-help.
Two years of relevant experience.
High School Degree or Equivalent required.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
Compensation: $50,000- $55,000 DOE
