INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (NETWORK) Full Time

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: configuring, optimizing, and monitoring network infrastructure (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls) while analyzing complex network requirements and leveraging Enterprise Management, Network Management, or Process Flow/Ticketing Management Systems to resolve network problems and recommend service enhancements in support of organizational objectives. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
