INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) Full Time

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides technical expertise regarding NMCI related hardware; 2) Manage inventory of IT services; 3) Prepares detailed cost estimates for use in fulfilling new requirements; and 4) Provides advice and assistance to customers and troubleshoot complex problems. D. I do not have the education as described above OR the one year of experience demonstrating the four required competencies.
