HR Director Full Time
As the HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the school’s human resources strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture, support employee growth, and align with our educational mission. This role is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about education and is dedicated to nurturing the talent that drives academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to legal regulations and promote a positive company culture.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company’s overall goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- PHR or SHRM.
- 7 + years of experience, preferably in a school or non profit environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Compensation: $70,000
